Bali thatch
Bali thatch has a smooth surface. The fiber strands resemble natural reed with a smooth texture. The fiber strands of the Bali thatch are a combination of natural shades of brown, light brown and ivory. This gives the Bali thatch a beautiful, very natural dried reed look.
A waterproofing cloth should also be placed under the Java and Bali thatch to make the roof completely watertight.
